Podcasts
I host my own podcasts, but I also have SO much fun being a guest! Some hosts invite me because I’m a sharp scientist that can explain things in a clear way that’s easy to follow, some invite me for my wise and worldly take on life, and others bring me on to talk about music, art, and culture. If you are looking for someone with a unique perspective and fun to banter with, I’m your woman. Along with five years of podcast experience, I have 20 years experience with radio programming.
I’ve appeared in All In the Mind (produced by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation), Raw and Unscripted, Rock It Growth Agency, The Cosmic Valkyrie, 20 Minutes to Takeoff, and many more. I have also been interviewed on a variety of summits and shows, including a panel alongside billionaire tech visionary Naveen Jain, hosted by Camilita Nuttall, the Founder of the Event of Champions.
10 Bestest is a podcast that also airs as a weekly radio show on KMUZ 88.5 and 100.7 FM. 10 Bestest episodes also appear every weekday on YouTube. Hosts Karen McFarlane Holman & Brian Hart spend their time curating the world’s coolest things and then share their top five with you every week.
10 Bestest is a condensed way for you to learn new things to enhance various aspects of your life. We (Brian and Karen) take turns spending two minutes describing something – a “cool sheet” – that we use or enjoy. When two minutes are up, the other host shifts onto the next topic, giving a total of ten cool sheets for each show. Our #coolsheets vary widely: a gadget, a book, a nonprofit, a movie, an app, a life philosophy… anything goes!
